Operating Guidelines of X Carbon Cleaning Equipment
Preparation Before Operation
Start the Engine: Before turning on the carbon Cleaning Equipment, start the engine and wait for it to reach the operating temperature.
Select Mode: Based on operational recommendations, choose the ‘Carbon Cleaning Mode’ and adjust the air pressure and engine RPM (revolutions per minute).
High-Mileage or First-Time Use Vehicles:
Pre-soak Certain Components: For components with heavy carbon buildup such as EGR or throttle valves, pre-spray with Nanocarbon Cleaning Agent.
Reinstall Components and Perform Carbon Cleaning: After the components are put back in place, turn on the carbon removal machine to proceed with the carbon cleaning process.
Special Note for Diesel Engines:
Avoid DPF Blockage: After carbon cleaning, immediately trigger forced DPF regeneration or drive for more than 20 kilometers to prevent error messages.
Complete Carbon Cleaning Process
Carbon Cleaning Method:
Through ‘Carbon Cleaning Mode,’ metered atomization of the agent is used: This cleans intake valves, piston rings, etc.
Complete Carbon Cleaning Benefits: After the Carbon Cleaning Equipment is operational, engage in actual road driving following the carbon cleaning procedure. This allows the carbon cleaning agent adhered to the intake manifold to be ingested by the engine, achieving continuous carbon cleaning.
Turbocharger and EGR Component Activation: Through the process of actual road driving, the components come into contact with the carbon cleaning agent for carbon cleaning.
Complete the spray process as recommended by the Carbon Cleaning Mode.
Actual Road Driving Following Carbon Cleaning: The optimal method is to drive 10 to 20 kilometers on a fast road or highway.
Conclusion Check:
After the Carbon Cleaning Equipment is operational, immediately checking the carbon cleaning effects will not yield a conclusion. A complete carbon cleaning process must be carried out to obtain the final conclusion.
X Carbon Cleaning Equipment Operational Recommendations
Mode: Please select from the control panel based on the vehicle type and requirements.
Air Pressure: Please adjust according to the recommended values. If using an extension nozzle, please increase the pressure by 0.5 kg.
RPM: During the carbon cleaning process, please increase the engine RPM according to the recommended values.
